1. Worktable
The worktable of a gantry machining center is essentially rectangular. Large castings such as the worktable, bed, columns, crossbeam, and ram are made of cast iron or welded components. The castings feature a honeycomb composite structure with an advanced design. All castings undergo aging and secondary tempering to eliminate residual internal stresses, stabilize the material, and ensure consistent workpiece machining accuracy and machine life.

2. Gantry
The gantry consists of a crossbeam and two columns. There are three types: fixed crossbeam, crossbeam locked in sections by positioning blocks, and crossbeam with random lift.

3. Ram
Structurally, rams can be categorized as open or closed. Open rams are clamped to the spindle box via a pressure plate and have a large cross-sectional area. Closed rams are clamped within the spindle box and have a small cross-sectional area.

4. Tool Magazine
The three basic types of tool magazines are turret, drum, and chain.

5. Accessory Head Library
The machining of large, complex parts typically requires a large number of accessory heads. These heads are specially designed based on the workpiece's machining requirements and are generally categorized as right-angle heads, extended heads, special-angle heads, and universal heads.

6. CNC Systems
There are many CNC system suppliers, and different brands and models are available to meet specific requirements.

7. Accuracy
Machine tool accuracy refers to the machine tool's raw accuracy when unloaded. Accuracy is often expressed as its opposite-the deviation from the ideal state (abbreviated as error). The smaller the error, the higher the accuracy.
