In terms of core craftsmanship, Duyang CNC maintains and advances manual scraping techniques, adopting the training model of Japanese scraping masters. We systematically learn advanced scraping methods to ensure critical components such as machine saddles, spindle boxes, and base frames are meticulously hand-scraped by experienced craftsmen. This process guarantees excellent flatness and wear resistance, enabling the machine to maintain high precision over prolonged operation.
For the assembly environment, we follow Japanese (constant-temperature workshop) standards, equipping the production workshop with six central air-conditioning units to strictly control temperature and humidity. This minimizes micro-deformations caused by thermal variations and ensures stable and reliable assembly conditions. During assembly, professional equipment such as ballbar systems and leveling instruments are used for precise axis alignment and interference inspection. For directly-connected spindle installation, we perform motor concentricity tests to prevent abnormal noises during machining. After spindle installation, runout tests are conducted; after worktable installation, balance end tests are carried out to ensure accuracy at every stage.
Upon completion of assembly, each machine undergoes a rigorous three-day running-in test, along with full-machine water testing and laser calibration. A detailed operational report is provided with each machine upon delivery.
For international customers unable to attend acceptance tests in person, we offer comprehensive remote visual services: images of the system, spindle, servo tool turret, and other optional accessories, as well as machine nameplate information, are recorded in our ERP system. This allows customers to remotely review the equipment and track order status conveniently, ensuring an efficient, transparent, and reassuring service experience.
